500 hours of industry training in lending and financial services, inside your final year — taught on campus by practising lenders on Fridays and Saturdays, with no programme fee and a job offer from FinAGG on successful completion.
The document every lender opens first. Most graduates have never seen one.
How a business proves what it actually sold. You will read hundreds of these.
Why a profitable business still runs out of money. The single most useful idea in lending.
This is not your fault. It is the curriculum's. So we built a programme with the industry that hires you.
Almost nobody under thirty in this country can do this. That is why it is worth money.

You do not need a finance background. You do not need to have topped anything.
Three steps, weighted. The first cohort is limited to 40–50 students across final-year BBA and MBA.
There is nothing to cram for. The test measures whether you can read numbers and think honestly — and the discussion measures whether you can explain yourself to a stranger. Come rested.
Standard degree fee to your college. This is part of your degree, not an add-on.
The 500 hours carry no additional fee. You pay your standard degree fee to the college, and nothing more for this.
FinAGG academic scholarships for EWS students who scored above 80% aggregate last academic year, with the amount linked to marks. The detailed policy is shared separately.
Every other job-linked finance programme in India costs you a second fee and six to twelve extra months. This one does not.
You are selected on aptitude, communication and attitude — not on how much coaching you could afford.
On successful completion you receive a job offer from FinAGG: Graduate Trainee at ₹4,00,000 CTC for the BBA cohort, Management Trainee at ₹5,00,000 for the MBA cohort, each including a ₹50,000 bonus.
It is subject to completing the programme, completing your degree, and verification. The CTC figure includes a ₹50,000 bonus, and we state that rather than quoting a rounder number.
Selected students sign an agreement to join the role offered on completion, and to serve for at least two years. You sign this at selection, not at the end.
Held in your own name, lien-marked in favour of the college, with the receipt kept by the college. The interest is yours. The lien is released once the two years are complete — if you do not join, the college invokes it and the ₹50,000 goes to FinAGG.
If a two-year commitment is not something you want, this is not the right programme for you — and we would rather you decide that now than in October.
